Legal · Terms

Clear terms for safer commerce.

These terms govern access to TraceLayer and explain the responsibilities that keep the service dependable for everyone.

Using TraceLayer

You may use TraceLayer only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for your account, authorized users, and the storefronts or environments you connect to the service.

    Accounts and access

    • Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
    • Use the service only for storefronts you own or are authorized to monitor.
    • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
    • Do not share access in a way that exceeds your selected plan.

    Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, probe or bypass its security, introduce malicious code, resell it without permission, use it to violate another person’s rights, or attempt to reverse engineer protected portions of TraceLayer except where law expressly permits.

      Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle selected at purchase unless canceled. Fees, limits, and included features are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, charges already incurred are non-refundable.

        Your content and our service

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant TraceLayer the limited rights necessary to process that information and provide the service. TraceLayer and its software, branding, documentation, and service design remain our property.

          Availability and warranties

We work to keep TraceLayer reliable and secure, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Monitoring reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every storefront issue, attack, loss, or interruption will be detected or prevented.

            Liability and termination

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. You may stop using TraceLayer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, non-payment, or unlawful use.

These terms are effective August 5, 2026. Questions about them can be submitted through our Contact page.
